South African comedian Trevor Noah has been featured on the cover of the January issue of Rolling Stone Magazine SA, looking dapper in a leather jacket and classic white T-shirt. Trevor made history last year by being the first comedian in Africa to feature on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
His first Comedy Central Special which was filmed in New York will be broadcast in the US sometime this year. Trevor is set to return to New York City this month to perform in a series of club gigs.

Solange Knowles was recently in South Africa to shoot her latest music video and Elle Magazine cover. Elle Fashion Editor Asanda Sizani styled the cover look, dressing the singer in captivating prints by South African designers Tart, Loin Cloth & Ashes as well as Pichulik. The cover has a bit of a vintage feel, probably because of the bright yellow and clashing patterns.

The rapper who recently launched her first fashion collection, “Eclectic by Sasha” a few months ago, rocked a slick suit for the monochrome themed edition.

Bonang Matheba has added Elle Magazine SA to her list of magazine covers.
The big reveal was made at an Elle event last week. On the cover Bonang looks chic in black and yellow. For the feature Bonang graced the cover and fashion pages of Elle Magazine in the new Louis Vuitton Yayoi Kusama collection.
Bonang revealed that she’s working on a number of projects including her fragrance, TV show, second TV production and her handbag line that will soon be available at a major retailer.

Rapper Eva Alordiah and urban music artist Skepta are on the cover of the female and male editions of Fab magazine: The Sound Issue respectively. The August issue was inspired by the proverb “Sound mind in a sound body” and the recent London Olympic games.
The issue features interviews from the likes of DJ Black Coffee and Emmanuel Cobhams not to mention the exciting fashion pages.

G.O.OD Music artists Common, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, Yezzy, Q-Tip, Big Sean, John Legend and 2 Chainz all feature on the August/September cover of Complex magazine. In the interview they talk about working with Kanye and his influence on them among other things.The G.O.O.D Music Compilation album “Cruel Summer” is set to be released on September 4th.
G.O.O.D Music boss Kanye West did not appear on the cover story due to his no-press policy.
I was wondering why D’banj was excluded but it turns out him and Teyana Taylor appear on the inside page of the magazine and not the cover.
